Amusement Tram "Wie-Li"

Wiegand Comp. has erected a new type of an “Amusement Tram” in Austria. Thereby carriers for 6 persons each are pulled by a haulage rope from the bottom to the top station. From there the carriers run, driven only by gravity, downwards on a steel track. During the run down the carriers are dosed braked by an “eddy current brake” system. The carriers are running in a circulate mode.
We have carried out the necessary EC-Certifications for the mechanical and electrical parts.
