The Kuka Lion Ropeway in Steelpoort is an approximately 16 km long material ropeway designed for the transport of chrome ore, with a conveying capacity of around 100,000 tonnes per month. The installation enables efficient and environmentally sustainable material transport across the challenging terrain of the mining region.
We carried out the commissioning inspection of the material ropeway.
